Power increase! So what? 6 week structured training update: ftp, watt/kg, TrainerRoad, etc

There is hope for us slow and (getting) old folks! Here’s an FTP and Watt/Kg update after 6 weeks of consistent structured training, and a list of updated 2024 goals and plans. Cheers to new motivation and riding bikes in 2024!

P.S. fueling/ proper nutrition has been a gamechanger for training and proper recovery.   1. Seventeen hours a week is no joke! 👍 Congrats on the FTP increase too, that’s a very decent increase in six weeks.
